We check every single account by hand
It would be easier to let anyone in. Most directories do, which is why most directories are full of anonymous profiles nobody can evaluate.
Our candidates are not a lead list
The main reason people scrape a talent directory is to resell the contacts. Verifying every account is what lets us publish real CVs at all instead of anonymous summaries.
Their time is worth something
Everyone here has a job or is between placements. We are not putting them in front of someone who is idly curious, because they will stop taking our calls.
It takes us about a day
A short email, or a two-minute call if something needs clarifying. We are checking you are a real business hiring a real person, not credit-checking you.
